Also, the "advice" Ishigami and Miyuki give to Maki regarding mens' sexual impulses and virginity is clearly NOT meant to be taken seriously so I'm cool with that too. While I have qualms about Nagisa giving Kaguya a porn DVD to watch and calling it "sex education," considering that's something a normal teenager would do AND it's proven that the students at this school tend to be a wee bit.sheltered, I'm willing to let that slide. This series never ceases to make me laugh until I'm crying and I cannot be more grateful for that.
Omg, the board game chapter ALONE is worth five stars! I actually had to stop reading to catch my breath from laughing so hard. Still I did enjoy the developments with Ishigami who seems to be the man of the hour right now. I enjoy this normally but I was really jonezing for more Kaguya and Miyuki cuteness. There were a lot of chapters devoted to the other members of the student council. We do let a certain family know of the new developments with Kaguya and Miyuki but that was really all. I actually can enjoy the random chapters when they’re laugh out loud but when they fall flat story momentum can totally save a volume. It felt really aimless and not all of it was funny. only Chika, their secretary and Ishigami, their treasurer, seem ready to innocently mess up their careful machinations.
and neither wants to be the "loser!" As both are geniuses and quite proud they spend each day laying in wait for an opportunity to get the other to confess without losing face. Kaguya is the vice president of their prestigious academy’s student council and she's in love with, Miyuki, the president, and he with her! BUT both are well aware that in love there is always a winner.
